4-H Youth Development

The 4-H / Youth Program provides educational experiences through a "learn by doing" approach and helps youth acquire knowledge, develop life skills, and form attitudes to enable them to become self-directed, productive, and contributing members of society. Through 4-H experiences and relationships, youth build better lives and become better stewards, employees, community citizens, and leaders.

Program topics include:

  • Traditional 4-H Clubs
  • Neighborhood 4-H Clubs
  • Over 200 4-H Project Areas
  • Citizen, Leadership, and Life Skills Development
